WATER IV Prostate Cancer: Aquablation versus Active Surveillance for the Treatment of Localized Prostate Cancer

Patients with GG3 prostate cancer who have had an MRI-fusion biopsy with the cores being “tracked and registered” will be treated with the Francis “Vanquish” system to treat their prostate cancer in an ablative fashion. 6mo post-op MRI and fusion biopsies will be performed on all patients.

Any patients undergoing commercial/insurance treatment with the Vanquish system can be enrolled in this registry.
