Prostate Cancer Study Decision Tree

Patients undergoing salvage radiation after RALP, primary radiation, or radiation for BCR. Must have SOC germline or somatic testing that is positive for the BRCA mutation. Patients will be categorized as high, or very-high, risk. All patients will complete radiation. High risk patients will have 24mo of ADT and be randomized to the addition of Saruparib.

A Phase 3, Randomized Study of Neoadjuvant and Adjuvant Saruparib (AZD5305) Plus Durvalumab Versus Placebo Plus Durvalumab in Patients with Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer (MIBC).

Any patients undergoing commercial/insurance treatment with the Vanquish system can be enrolled in this registry.

Patients with high-risk prostate cancer who are proceeding with RALP and PLND will have an SOC PSMA PET and then also have a 64Cu PET scan. The trial will evaluate the performance characteristics of 64Cu in comparison to SOC and will determine the clinical impact of this new information.

The Impact of Fluciclovine (°F) PET on the Management of Participants with Prostate Cancer Following Negative or Equivocal PSMA PET Imaging at the Time of Biochemical Recurrence

Patients with mCRPC are randomized, double-blinded, and placebo-controlled to Regulated Induced Proximity Targeting Chimera (RIPTAC) plus best supportive care versus SOC.

mCRPC patients who are PSMA+ are randomized to three arms:

Patients with mCRPC who have progressed on a previous ARPI will be randomized 2:1 to SOC + TLX-591 vs SOC alone. SOC will be either ARPI switch or Docetaxel. TLX-591 is a radioligand therapy using Lutitium Rosopatamb, which is an antibody drug conjugate.

Patients with mCRPC who have progressed on an ARPI will be randomized to Izalontamab an EGFR/HER3-directed antibody-drug conjugate or Docetaxel.
