A Post-Market, Prospective, Randomized, Controlled, Multicenter International Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of the Temporarily Implanted Nitinol Device (iTind) Compared to the UroLift® System in Subjects with Symptomatic Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

Patients with symptomatic BPH will be randomized to either the ALPFA Grail treatment (pulsed frequency ablation delivered to the prostate tissue) or to sham. Patients are blinded for 3mo, but then can cross-over.
