Patients with symptomatic BPH will be randomized to either the ALPFA Grail treatment (pulsed frequency ablation delivered to the prostate tissue) or to sham. Patients are blinded for 3mo, but then can cross-over.

Patients with symptomatic BPH are randomized to the FDA-approved ZenFlow implant or to alpha-blockers. Patients may cross-over at 3mo.

Patients with a single ureteral stricture <4cm will be enrolled and treated with the Optilume Paclitaxel coated ureteral stricture dilation balloon.
